Dr. George Uchendu, popularly known as Dr. George "TheTalkDoctor™, is a medical doctor, master of ceremonies and event compère, multimedia personality, author, and content creator, amongst other pursuits.

He is the first of four males and the second of five children born in Lagos, where he was brought up and buttered, but of Anambra descent. He is a graduate of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) College of Medicine, where he began his creative career and was recognized throughout the medical school as an all-rounder, excelling in academics, politics, entertainment, sports, volunteering, and service to God. He is a great believer in the adage, "Anything worth doing is worth doing excellently," and he incorporates this into every aspect of his work.

As a medical doctor, he believes that health should be more preventive than curative, so he uses his gift of gab to promote healthier lifestyles through both traditional and modern media. He also believes that people die not because of their health conditions but because they lack information, which has led him to use storytelling laced with humor to dispel common health myths and encourage better health-seeking behavior, as seen in his book LOCUM DIARIES and his online content.

Since 2017, he has served as a Master of Ceremonies, driven by excellence. He shines at all his events, showcasing a perfect blend of excellent emceeing, professionalism, bespoke humor and games, extensive research, and event and audience analysis. He ensures these events are the most memorable, leaving clients and guests with the best memories possible. He has anchored over 100 events spanning from business to social in collaboration with a number of established brands across the country.
